Prize winners drawn manually from a barrel on April 26/19 (see above) Winners chosen in order of ascending value of prize.  Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.  If a winning ticket bears a minor’s name the prize will be lawfully delivered on behalf of the minor to the minor’s parent, legal guardian or trustee.  Presence at the draw is not a condition of winning.  Winner is responsible for costs associated with delivery and claiming prize. Winners consent to the release of their names by the licensee.  Ticket Price $2.00 each. CASH ONLY available January 11, 2019 – April 11, 2019.  Retail value of all prizes $1135.00.

RULES OF PLAY

  1. The prize winner is the person named on the barrel draw stub/counterfoil and must be of legal age (must be 19+ to play).
  2. All prizes must be accepted as offered, cash options are not available.
  3. Winners are responsible for costs associated with the delivery and claiming of prizes.
  4. Presence at the draw is not a condition of winning.
  5. Winners will be officially notified at the address or phone number on the ticket stub/counterfoil.
  6. Winners’ names will be published on May 5, 2019 on www.peobc.org
  7. The numbers on the tickets are for reference purposes only.
  8. The B.C. Provincial Chapter P.E.O. Sisterhood board members, event contact and officers responsible for the license are not permitted to purchase tickets.
  9. Subscription is subject to the provisions of the B.C. Provincial Chapter P.E.O. Sisterhood Sesquicentennial Celebration Raffle and every ticket remains the property of the said Raffle until the subscription has been received and accepted by the B.C. Provincial Chapter P.E.O. Sisterhood office.
  10. In the event of an act of God, strikes, lockouts or any consequences which make it impossible to carry out the terms of agreement, reference will be made to the B.C. Provincial Chapter P.E.O. Sisterhood Sesquicentennial Raffle license holder at: 2723 McKenzie Avenue, Surrey, B.C. V4A 3H2.
